My mother is a big fan of crosswords, regularly buys herself magazines where they often print recipes and she always shares with me the ones that she particularly liked. And here is one of them – petite, bright pancakes on the fermented baked milk and milk with corn flour!
In a bowl, combine the corn flour and fermented baked milk.
Mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
Preheat the milk to a hot state. Continuing to beat the eggs with a fork, pour in a thin stream of hot milk.
Add the baking soda to the flour mixture, pour in the egg-milk mixture, vegetable oil and mix the dough thoroughly. It turns out not thick, easily drains from the spoon.
Preheat the pan (my diameter is 19 cm, if necessary, grease) and bake the pancakes on both sides (I got 9 PCs.). before pouring a new pancake, the dough must be thoroughly mixed.
Ready-made pancakes, if desired, grease with butter.
