  1. In a blender, whisk cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Place the foil on a cutting board. Put 3 biscuits on the foil in the form of a circle, having previously dipped them in warm boiled milk.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of curd mass on the cookies with a slide, smooth it out.
  4. Cover with the second row of cookies, also dipping it in milk. Then cover again with the curd mass. So make 4 rows of cookies.
  5. Add cocoa and 1 tsp sugar to the remaining curd mass. Mix well.
  6. Put the chocolate-curd mass on the 4th layer of cookies.
  7. Put 6 pieces of cookies in the form of a lid on top of the chocolate-curd mixture, having previously dipped the cookies in milk.
  8. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. Then cover the chocolate roof of the house and put it in the refrigerator to solidify the chocolate.
  10. Cottage cheese for this dessert is desirable to take tender and non-acidic.
  11. Enjoy with tea and coffee.
