RUB the curd through a metal sieve. This step should not be neglected. The curd mass should have a smooth, uniform structure.
In 50 ml. of boiled water, soak 2 teaspoons of gelatin and immediately put the container with the gelatin mixture in a water bath. Warm the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil!
In a bowl with cottage cheese add 100 ml. cream and 70 ml. milk, add a solution of gelatin and vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon), add powdered sugar to taste. The mixture is stirred.
Then add the washed and peeled wild strawberry berries. Mix the cottage cheese and strawberry base.
Tighten the cooking ring with food wrap and put the cottage cheese and strawberry mass on the bottom. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to cool and stabilize. Remove the ready-made dessert from the mold and place it on a platter. Cookies are crushed using a chopper chopper. Sprinkle the edges and top of the dessert with the prepared cookie crumbs and decorate with strawberries.
