Instructions
  1. Rub the cottage cheese with a spoon through a sieve. From the mashed cottage cheese, the snack turns out more tender and tastier.
  2. Add sour cream to the mashed cottage cheese and mix.
  3. Hard-boiled eggs cool in cold water, peel and crush with an egg cutter or fork. Mix all the products.
  4. Herring fillet, pieces finely cut into cubes and mix with the curd mass. Fill the curd mass with herring brine. I have all the brine from the jar went to the gas station. I didn’t add salt and pepper, everything was in the herring brine. Chopped herring and brine, give the mixture a more pleasant taste than salt. Herring can be replaced with sprat, and then fill with keel brine.
  5. And at the end of cooking, chop the green onions finely and mix in the curd mixture. It does not need much, it is enough, as in the photo.
  6. The appetizer is cooled and before serving, we lubricate the crusty bread, decorate with cucumber slices and tomato slices. Yummy!!!
  7. Bon Appetit!
