Cranberry and Turkey Salad Recipe
The usual salad, seasoned with caramelized cranberries, apple juice and grated horseradish. Very simple and delicious.

  1. Of the products that we will need, I have prepared 2 servings.
  2. Cut the turkey into cubes, my salad and tear, my tomatoes and cut in half.
  3. Wash and dry the cranberries. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan for 3 minutes. fry the cranberries, sprinkle with a little sugar and caramelize.
  4. In the remaining oil, fry the turkey on all sides until golden brown.
  5. Mix sour cream with apple juice and horseradish, season with salt and pepper, add a pinch of sugar and cranberries.
  6. Arrange the salad, tomato halves and turkey on plates.
  7. Pour over the sauce before use.
