Instructions
Mix yogurt, cream, warm water, add sugar and salt.
Add the sifted flour and yeast and mix. Combine lavender with oil and mix in the dough.
Roll into a bun, transfer to a greased bowl, cover with cling film and put in the heat for 1 hour, for fermentation.
After 45 minutes, the dough has grown, the yeast works perfectly.
Knead the dough, form a blank of bread. Use a sharp blade to slice the dough.
Preform in 20 minutes.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then 30 minutes at 180, to a dry splinter. Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack, under a linen towel.
