  1. Potatoes choose about the same size, I chose oblong, then you will see why. Summer new potatoes are cooked in a uniform, I cleaned my own.
  2. Boil until tender in salted water, drain and transfer the hot potatoes to a baking dish. I put it on the foil and made it into a kind of bumpers.

  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  11. You can serve directly in the form for Sunday lunch or dinner.
