I offer you a great quick salad that can be easily prepared in nature. In my opinion, it is especially delicious with a shrimp kebab.

  1. Remove the skin from the lemon so that the pulp is visible. With a sharp knife, carefully cut the pulp between the slices. We have enough pulp from half a lemon (the taste of our family, you are guided by the tastes of your family).
  2. Peel and dice 1 ripe avocado. Pour lemon juice over it (about 1-2 tablespoons).
  3. Cucumbers cut into large slices.
  4. Finely chop the green onion.
  5. Mix cucumbers, avocado, lemon and onion. We fill everything with unrefined oil, salt, pepper. Add a little grated zest, about a quarter of a lemon.
  6. And now to your table – a great light salad with a delicate sourness.
