If you are already tired of sauerkraut, I suggest you prepare a light vegetable salad with fresh cabbage with an interesting taste. Crispy, with a small pinch of garlic, sour tomato and lemon. A wonderful addition to meat or fish dishes, and in itself good!
Cabbage and pepper cut into thin strips, put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and lightly RUB with your hands.
Grate the carrots, chop the garlic and coriander, remove the zest from the whole lemon with a grater and squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Cut the tomatoes in half and grate the skin out so that it remains in the hand.
In grated tomatoes, add salt, pepper, vegetable oil, lemon juice and zest, stir.
In a bowl to cabbage and pepper add carrots, garlic, coriander. Top with a tomato-lemon mixture. Stir. Put the salad in a salad bowl and serve.
