  1. Everything is prepared not simply, but very simply! Therefore, we immediately turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Prepare a cupcake mold with a tube in the center – brush well with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  2. Use a blender to prepare the dough. Although it is possible manually, with the help of a whisk! So, break the eggs into a blender bowl, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Turn on the blender and whisk everything for 1 minute.
  3. Continuing to beat, pour in water and vegetable oil (I prefer to use peanut butter, but you can take corn).
  4. Then sift flour, potato starch, baking powder and vanilla. Add lemon zest.
  5. Turn on the blender again and whisk everything.
  6. Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. In any case, check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer.
  8. Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then put the pie on the grill and let it cool completely. I think that this cake can easily be poured with any favorite glaze, or you can just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
