Instructions
  1. Soak the gelatin according to the instructions of your gelatin. Heat, stirring, until dissolved.
  2. Add sugar to the cherries and heat until the sugar dissolves, I did it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Punch the cherry with a blender. Add the dissolved gelatin. Stir. Here I recommend to punch again with a blender, but my light went out at this time.
  4. A small form is covered with film, pour the cherry with jelly. Put in the refrigerator for complete solidification. If necessary quickly, then put in the freezer.
  5. For the curd mousse, fill the gelatin with water again, according to the instructions.
  6. Combine cottage cheese, cream, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Punch with a blender until smooth.
  7. To the gelatin solution, after its dissolution, add milk, mix.
  8. Add the jelly mixture to the curd mass, punch with a blender.
  9. Frozen cherry jelly is taken out of the refrigerator, cut into cubes.
  10. Take a convenient form. Pour half of the curd mousse. Put the pieces (cubes) of cherry jelly.
  11. Top with the remaining mousse. Put in the refrigerator until completely solidified. I have a good gelatin, it took 2 hours.
  12. Before serving, the ready-made dessert is taken out of the mold, cut into pieces. You can serve it with mint.
  13. Bon appetit!!! Store in the refrigerator.
