Dessert-Fantasy “Autumn” Recipe
Autumn is a time of poetry, vermouth and umbrellas… It’s time for desserts!!! I wanted something so bright! I took a classic apple dessert as a basis, added seasonal fruits and here… it turned out very tasty. Suitable for those who are trying to limit their calorie intake. And one more important point – I have a gluten-free option! Of course, this is not a dessert in my understanding, but sweet, light and delicious!!!

  1. We take a fresh pumpkin, peel it and cut it into small, not large pieces, put it in a baking dish, spread the pitted plum halves on top. My form is size 22*15, small, filled it to the top with so many ingredients. Keep this in mind, as the filling may start to boil out
  2. Add slices of apples, raisins, coarsely chopped nuts to the mold. At this stage, you can generally put whatever your heart desires, pears, dried apricots, any berries
  3. Butter, frozen, chop with a knife, add flour and sugar, quickly rub with your hands until you get a fat crumb. I was lazy, and my baby came out a little too big. But it does not affect the taste in any way.
  4. Sprinkle this crumb with an even layer of all our fruits and vegetables, sprinkle spices on top (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.) and put in the oven at 180 degrees. As for spices, pumpkin loves cinnamon and nutmeg, apples-cinnamon.
  5. Bake until cooked. The crumbs on top should turn into a crust and brown. It took me about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  6. It is better to serve cold, since the filling, so to speak, is very hot and you can get burned. Enjoy your meal.
