Lecho (Frozen vegetables)

Instructions
Wash the duck breast, dry it, make longitudinal incisions without touching the meat. Rub with a mixture of salt and freshly ground pepper.
Put the duck breast skin down on a dry hot frying pan. Fry the fat on high heat for 2 minutes.
Turn the breast over, reduce the heat to medium, bring to half-readiness for 5 minutes. Remove the breast from the mold.
Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Put the onion in a frying pan with duck fat, fry for 2 minutes until transparent, add green beans. Mixture. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add lecho. I have a Bulgarian lecho. Mix.
Cut the duck breast into slices.
Put the duck to the vegetables, mix, add salt as needed.
Cook the duck with vegetables until tender over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Serve the dish immediately hot. Enjoy your meal!!!
