Wash the duck legs, dry them with a paper towel, RUB them with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
On a dry hot pan, put the legs skin down. Fry for a couple of minutes until Browning and melting the fat.
Turn over and fry on the reverse side for another 2 minutes, remove the legs.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips. It is convenient to use a food processor shredder for this purpose.
Put the chopped onion in the pan, with the melted duck fat. Fry the onion for a few minutes over medium heat until transparent.
Put salt, pepper mixture, honey to taste, pour dry white wine, stir, simmer for 1 minute.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin circles. Remove the core of the Apple and cut it in half rings. I used the same food processor shredder.
Take a baking dish. For batch feeding, it is convenient to use single-use aluminum molds. At the bottom of the form, put the chopped apples and potatoes.
Put the duck leg on top. Put stewed onions around the leg. Close the form with foil. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for 1 hour, then remove the foil and brown for another 10 minutes on maximum heat on top in the oven.
