  1. Pour milk, water, sugar, vanilla into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat so that it does not run away.
  2. Meanwhile, put the butter, peeled almonds and finely chopped semolina in another saucepan. Fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, the mass will swell.
  3. Add the hot syrup to the semolina, stirring constantly over low heat. Carefully add the semolina, because it will spray. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mass thickens and does not move away from the walls of the pan.
  4. As soon as the halva is ready, remove from the heat and add the coconut chips. Mix well.
  5. Take a cupcake mold and spread half of the mass, add cocoa to the other part and put white halva on top. For those who want no cocoa, immediately put the whole mass into the mold. Put the mold in a cool place. As soon as it cools down, turn it onto a platter and sprinkle with coconut shavings.
