Remove the zest from the orange and squeeze out the juice.
Add the yolks, oil and zest to the juice. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
Mix the flour, semolina, coconut chips and baking powder.
Whisk the whites with sugar.
Add the orange mixture to the dry mix. Stir.
Carefully enter the protein parts. Mix quickly but gently with a spatula.
Cover the form with parchment and pour out the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 175*C and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes.
Cook the syrup from water and sugar. Cook until lightly thickened (10 minutes).
Take the pie out of the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then liberally moisten with warm syrup with a brush or from a spray gun.
