Boil the rice in salted water, cut the cucumber and part of the bell pepper into large strips.
Mix the eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Cut the nori leaf into long strips, about 1 cm wide.
Add rice vinegar to the boiled rice, mix and form a filling for future rolls of rice, cod liver and chopped cucumbers and bell pepper.
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Put one strip of nori leaf in the middle.
Pour about 2 to 3 tablespoons of omelet over the entire length of this strip.
As soon as it is slightly gripped, put the rice filling on one edge and roll it carefully.
Move the finished roll to the edge of the pan. While the others are being prepared, the previous rolls will be gradually finished.
