- Putting the roll on the board. Carefully cut into separate pieces with a sharp knife first in half, and then into 3-4 parts more (the thickness of the rolls is not more than 1.5 cm). That rolls were cut well, a knife moisten with water, and after each cut I wipe it with a napkin and again I moisten with water. Sell rolls with soy sauce. Enjoy your meal!
