Today I came to you with the idea of a roll, not a simple one, but a snack. And not just a snack, but an egg one. Light and airy, informative and bright, it can not only diversify and decorate the holiday table.
The set of products is not so great. It is better to prepare everything in advance.
Carrots are crushed in a combine using a grater. You can also grate with a regular grater.
Remove the skin from the legs, remove the bones and cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the dill.
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
In the bowl of the combine, beat the eggs, add salt, pepper, kefir, semolina and your favorite seasoning. I added Italian herbs.
Beat the mass a little in pulse mode. If there is no combine, this can be done with a conventional whisk, but it is more convenient in the combine.
Directly into the bowl of a food processor add the chopped chicken, fennel, carrots and pepper. Stir with a spoon.
Next, pour the mass into a baking bag. Carefully tie the package. The mass must be cooked. You can cook for an hour and a half at a low boil in the ham, as I did. You can just cook in a package, or you can put the package in a juice box or a bottle to give it shape. After an hour and a half, cool directly in the form.
After cooling, remove the form and cut into portions.
Cut quite thin, cut and serve.
The snack turns out to be very tender, it is well cut.
