Instructions
  1. Wash the eggplant, wipe it dry, and pierce it in several places with a fork. Wrap the eggplant in foil, at least 4 layers. In the ends of the eggplant stick forks, they will serve as a spit.
  2. Turn on the largest gas burner on medium heat, place the eggplant on the grill above the burner, slowly rotate the eggplant along the axis.
  3. After 5-7 minutes, the eggplant will warm up and steam will start to appear on the sides. We continue to scroll slowly, evenly roasting the blue.
  4. When the eggplant becomes soft, the forks will enter more freely (about 12-15 minutes from the beginning of cooking), remove the eggplant, set aside for 10 minutes to rest (do not remove the foil).
  5. While the blue one is resting, we will make the sauce, the simplest, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and ground black pepper, add garlic passed through the press, mix.
  6. The sauce is ready.
  7. Unwrap the eggplant, it is a little “lost weight”! You can peel it, but I like it and I eat with it. Cut in half lengthwise. Top with garlic sauce and herbs. Eggplant with smoke in the apartment is ready, and most importantly without dirty dishes and oil!
