The Macrourus on the Grill Recipe
In the previous recipe, I already wrote about such fish as macrurus, and that it is very difficult to work with it. Today I will show you another way of cooking it and tell you about the little tricks necessary for such cooking.

I have it 4 out of 6. Grease the grill with oil. Fry the fish on both sides for a few minutes.
