Instructions
Wash the fish. Remove the comb. Cut into slices.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into rings.
Put potato rings in a deep, greased baking dish.
Put the fish on them. Add salt and spices. I have a mixture of spices for fish dishes. And so a couple more layers.
Mix eggs with sour cream.
Soy sauce, a little salt and spices.
Add finely chopped greens.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Pour the finished sauce over the casserole.
