  1. You are lucky, these pikes are at your disposal.
  2. Chop the pike in a meat grinder, on the smallest grate, and pass it twice along with the onion. I will not use all the minced meat, because I have a pike weighing 2.3 kg.
  3. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and add the yolks. Knead.
  4. Divide into 7 identical parts. Arrange two slices of bacon. After putting the sausage of minced meat on the bacon, roll it up.
  5. Place the workpieces in a heat-resistant container. Put it in the oven.
  6. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Serve, garnished to taste.
