  1. Pour the milk into the ladle, add honey, cocoa, salt and vanilla essence. Mix well.
  2. On medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and, stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate and cinnamon. Using an immersion blender, whisk the mixture until a fluffy foam forms.
