- 200 ml Milk
- 50 ml Cream
- 30 gram Dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Liqueur orange
- 1 tablespoon Cognac
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- 4 pieces Marshmallow

Instructions
- Mix cocoa, sugar, milk and cream. Bring to boil.
- Add half of the chocolate (melt the second part for decoration), orange zest (leave a little for decoration).
- Remove from heat. Pour in the liqueur and cognac.
