  1. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. I’ll do the same with tomatoes and cucumbers. Finely chop the greens. 1 onion cut into small pieces.
  2. Collecting salad. In a bowl, pour cucumbers, bell peppers, canned corn, onions, tomatoes, herbs, lemon juice, vegetable oil and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
  3. The salad is bright, juicy, crunchy, delicious and healthy.
