The recipe for this rice has long taken root in our family, the ingredients are available, it is easy to cook. As an option to diversify the daily menu, I offer our recipe for fried rice in the Asian style.
Wash the rice and boil until ready, rinse with cold water, dry in a colander, pour in 1 tbsp.l. oil for friability, mix.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, fry in a small amount of oil.
Beat the egg, send it to a well-heated frying pan. As soon as the egg seizes, take a spatula and mix until flakes form.
Transfer the fried chicken and egg to a plate. The products requiring heat treatment are ready.
Grate carrots and zucchini on a Korean grater or cut into thin cubes.
Cut the crab sticks into cubes. Defrost the peas and drain the resulting water.

Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, turn the heat to maximum, heat the pan, put the finely chopped garlic, fry a little for 1-2 minutes.
Add the boiled rice to the garlic, mix gently, fry on maximum heat for 5 minutes, fry the rice.
Add the carrots, stir, and continue to fry for a couple more minutes.
Add zucchini and green peas, stir, fry for a couple of minutes.
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce to the rice, add the crab sticks and mix gently.
Add the prepared chicken and egg, stir, and continue cooking for 5-6 minutes.
Fried rice is ready!
Serve the fried rice with soy sauce and green onions.
