Fried Rice with Crab Sticks Recipe
The recipe of this rice has long taken root in our family, the ingredients are available, it is easy to prepare. As an option to diversify the daily menu, I offer our recipe for fried rice in the Asian style.
Green peas (frozen)
Figure wash and boil until tender, rinse with cold water, dry in colander, pour in 1 tbsp oil for friability, stir.
Chicken breast cut into small pieces, fry in a small amount of oil.
Beat the egg, send to a well-heated frying pan. As soon as the egg grabs, take the spatula and stir to form flakes.
Shift the fried chicken and egg on a plate. Products that require heat treatment are ready.
Carrots and zucchini three on a Korean grater or cut into thin cubes. Crab sticks cut into cubes. Defrost the peas and drain the resulting water.
Collect our dish. In the pan pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, put the fire on the maximum, warm the pan, spread finely chopped garlic, fry a little for 1-2 minutes.
Add the boiled rice to the garlic, stir gently, fry on maximum heat for 5 minutes, fry the rice.
Add carrots, stir, continue to fry for a couple of minutes.
Add zucchini and green peas, stir, fry for a couple of minutes.
Add 3 tbsp of soy sauce to the rice, add crab sticks and mix gently.
Add the prepared chicken and egg, stir, continue to cook for 5-6 minutes.
Fried rice ready!
Serve fried rice with soy sauce and green onions.
