  1. This recipe is just a lifesaver for busty housewives. So, peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Drain the water and cook the potatoes. Yesterday’s potatoes are also perfect for this recipe.
  2. Cut the potatoes into plates and put them in a greased form. I have a silicone mat, so I didn’t lubricate it with anything.
  3. For the filling, mix softened butter, grated cheese, grated boiled egg, finely chopped garlic, mayonnaise and herbs. Add salt and season to taste.
