  1. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into fairly large pieces.
  2. Finely chop the parsley and green onions and add them to the potatoes.
  3. Put the olives in the same place.
  4. And capers.
  5. Beat the olive oil and lemon juice to a smooth emulsion, add the mustard, yogurt and season to taste with salt.
  6. Cut the feta into pieces.
  7. Add to the salad, mix very gently and serve.
  8. Ready.
