  1. Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent over low heat in butter.
  2. Add the thawed peas and fry a little too. Add the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add cream and remove from heat. Use a blender to whisk everything into a puree. Season with salt and pepper. Pour on plates. Garnish with herbs and cream.
