Instructions
Boil frozen green peas in a small amount of salt water. So the peas turn out softer and sweeter than canned.
Wash and boil the potatoes.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.
Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into cubes.
Add the cooled peas to the potatoes with cucumbers.
Finely chop the green onion, parsley and dill.
Add the greens to the salad.
In a separate container, mix vegetable oil with salt and balsamic vinegar (6%). Season the salad with this mixture.
Ready.
