Boil the water, add salt and pepper, toss the bay leaf, put the chicken breast and cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the broth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms, cut into plates, until tender (15 minutes, do not cover with a lid). Put the fried mushrooms in a colander (to drain the oil).
Boil broccoli in salted water (cook for 5-7 minutes). Flip it into a colander. Fill it with cold water.
Cucumbers cut into not very large pieces.
