Easy to prepare fresh and bright salad is suitable for diet food, and can also be a decoration of the festive table. The special taste of this salad is given by the original dressing and fried almonds.
Boil the chicken fillet. I did it for a couple in a slow cooker.
Cut the celery stalks into small cubes, peel the green Apple and also cut into cubes. To prevent the Apple from darkening, sprinkle it with lemon juice. Fry the almonds in a dry pan and chop them not very finely with a knife. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
Put all the dressing ingredients in a Cup and mix well.
Add half of the dressing to the chicken fillet, and half to the celery and Apple.
In a salad bowl, put the chicken fillet a couple of spoons.
Top with a layer of celery and Apple.
And then alternate layers of fillet and celery with Apple.
Sprinkle almonds on top of the salad and decorate the edges with thin Apple slices.
