  1. Cut the beef into portions.
  2. Add the kiwi slices and leave to soften for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Remove the kiwi slices. Add soy sauce, vinegar, finely chopped garlic, hot red pepper and coarsely chopped black pepper and coriander to the meat. Mix well and let it brew for 10 minutes.
  4. Drizzle the meat with olive oil and fry on the grill until tender.
  5. Ready!
