Instructions
Pork cut into pieces, about the size of a palm.
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Put the onion and meat in a glass or enameled dish, add soy sauce, balsamic and other ingredients. Stir and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Put the meat (without onions) on the grill and fry until tender.
