Wash the vegetables, wipe them dry and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Less time is needed for tomatoes. The same can be done on the grill.
We take it out when the peel turns black in places.
We send peppers for 10 minutes in a bag, after which it will be easier to remove the skin.
Chop the onion into small cubes, finely chop the garlic.
Preparing the dressing. We mix balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, if you wish, you can add a little honey, depending on the sweetness of your tomatoes and peppers.
We clean the vegetables, clean the seeds from the pepper, cut everything into slices. The vegetables should be still warm. Mix with dressing, leave to brew for at least half an hour.
Tear the basil leaves and mix with the salad before serving.
