Halva of Semolina with Pine Nuts Recipe
My favorite dessert is semolina porridge. The first time I was treated to it in a restaurant, and I immediately liked this easy-to-prepare dessert, popular in Turkey. Cedar gives an incredible aroma and taste.

  1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan.
  2. Add pine nuts, stirring, fry for a few seconds. Add semolina. Stirring, continue to fry until the semolina acquires a golden hue.
  3. Add sugar and stir. While stirring, add the milk.
  4. Continue cooking over low heat until tender. We transfer the porridge into dessert molds or just onto a plate.
  5. Optional! Sprinkle with cinnamon. Dessert is served warm or cold. They’re both amazing. enjoy your meal!!!
