  1. So let’s get started. Here are all the ingredients we’ll need. I like to knead the dough overnight and bake it in the morning. It’s late at night, the kids are sleeping, and no one will distract me. Sift the flour, mix it with yeast. Salt is soluble in water. Make a recess in the flour, pour in water, knead the dough. It will be a little sticky and stick to your hands. No need to add flour!
  2. Lightly sprinkle the cup with flour, put the dough into it, cover with a towel. This is a towel, you can not cover the dough with a lid and, moreover, tighten it with a film!!! The dough should breathe. We put our dough in a warm place (I put it to the battery) for 12 hours. You can bake a little earlier, a little later. The main thing is that the dough does not fit more than 24 hours.
  3. And then morning came. Here is our dough. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Sprinkle the table with flour. The dough should be slightly kneaded, then give it a shape that your imagination will tell you. I baked something like a loaf. Do not be confused by the dried crust that formed overnight. After baking, it disappears.
  4. Let’s make shallow cuts on our future bread. Sprinkle flour on top. You can let the bread come up a little, about 15-20 minutes. Put a container of water on the bottom of the oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  5. He’s beautiful! Put the bread on the grill, cover it with a towel, let it cool. To be honest, this is the most difficult moment for me. I always want to break off a hot crust!
