Instructions
In a bowl, sift (200 g) flour, add yeast, salt, sugar. Mix it.
Pour in warm water and mix. Leave for 15 minutes for the yeast to take effect.
After 15 minutes, add olive oil, grated pumpkin, pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
Gradually pour in the remaining sifted flour and knead the dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
After an hour, knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes. Put it back in a warm place for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, knead the dough on a well-floured surface. Form an oval.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment and transfer our bread. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes to increase the volume.
Place in a preheated 200 ° oven for 40 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 ° and leave for another 10-15 minutes. Focus on your oven.
