Homemade Sausages with Filling Recipe
I suggest cooking homemade sausages, because they are much tastier than any purchased ones, since we prepare them from natural products. You can also experiment with fillings and they are very convenient to take with you on the road, on a picnic or to work.

Instructions
  1. Chicken fillet and pork twist through a meat grinder.
  2. Squeeze the garlic through a press.
  3. Add salt and spices. Stir well.
  4. Cover the work surface with plastic wrap. Using a pastry syringe (without attachments), squeeze out the meat sausage. You can use a regular package by cutting off a corner.
  5. Make an incision with a knife.
  6. Use a teaspoon to make a recess.
  7. Cut the sausage into small cubes and place it in the middle of the sausage.
  8. Cut the olives into rings and place them in the middle of the sausage.
  9. Then add the cheese, cut into strips.
  10. Gently pinch the edges.
  11. Wrap in plastic wrap. Do the same with the rest of the minced meat and filling.
  12. Then wrap each sausage in plastic wrap again (you will get a double layer) and tie tight knots at the edges. I got 6 large sausages and 1 small one.
  13. In a wide saucepan, bring the water to a boil, put the sausages there and cook for 10 minutes.
  14. Then remove the sausages, release them from the food film. Sausages can already be eaten.
  15. Or else fry them in a pan in olive oil until Golden brown.
  16. And serve.
  17. Bon Appetit!!!
