Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Prepare the honey dough. Usually I do this – 3 eggs, half a cup of honey and half a cup of sugar (or I take a glass of sugar and only 2 tablespoons of honey) I heat in a water bath until all the components dissolve. Add 1 tsp of baking soda, mix, and then pour 2 cups of flour. The dough will be sticky, it should be distributed with wet hands on a baking sheet. I bake at 180 degrees. until ready.   2. Put the scraps from the cakes in the microwave for a couple of minutes, dry and chop.
  3. Prepare the cream. I had this halva – chocolate, two-tone.
  4. Beat the halva with sour cream with a mixer. I made 2 servings of cream. First I took 200 grams of halva and sour cream by eye, and then the same portion. We add brandy to the cream, but I didn’t have it. Brush the cakes with cream and sprinkle with crumbs. Enjoy your meal!
