  1. From flour, kefir, eggs, vegetable oil, salt and soda, knead the dough.
  2. Knead the dough well, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling-finely chop the onion, you can pass it through a meat grinder. Cut the herbs, pass the garlic through the press, salt to taste
  4. We divide the dough into 6 parts, knead each a little and put the filling in the middle, then wrap it in a knot and knead it into a flat cake with our hands, carefully distributing the filling on the flat cake. If you roll it out with a rolling pin, the filling will come out from the sides. Slightly grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides under a closed lid.
