We divide the dough into 6 parts, knead each a little and put the filling in the middle, then wrap it in a knot and knead it into a flat cake with our hands, carefully distributing the filling on the flat cake. If you roll it out with a rolling pin, the filling will come out from the sides. Slightly grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides under a closed lid.
