  1. Ingredients that will be required for making tea. My peaches are not very ripe, but tea is quite suitable. The pot is five liters, there will be almost 4 liters of water in it. You can experiment with dried herbs. It turns out very tasty with cardamom.
  2. Slice the fruit randomly. I do not peel the peel from an orange, I removed the core of apples and peach pits.
  3. Put fruit, thyme, mint, currant leaves and tea in a saucepan. If you are a lucky person who has the opportunity to put fresh currant leaves, then I am offended at you. I don’t have that option. I’m kidding! Take tea to your taste. I have a black one.
  4. Put it on the stove, over medium heat, cover with a lid. It is advisable not to let it boil too much, so that fruits and greens gradually give up their taste qualities and flavors. It will take about 15 minutes. Turn off the stove, add honey to taste and let cool completely.
  5. Strain through a sieve. Serve with ice or simply chilled.
