Mix eggs, cheese, soy sauce and black pepper (optional) in a bowl.
Finely chop the bacon and avocado (avocado turns black quickly, so we’ll chop it later).
Put the finished boiled rice in a plate, sprinkle with sea cabbage on top.
Fry the bacon in a frying pan with butter.
Turn off the stove and wait a couple of minutes until the baking sheet cools down slightly. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir until it thickens slightly.
