  1. Mix eggs, cheese, soy sauce and black pepper (optional) in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the bacon and avocado (avocado turns black quickly, so we’ll chop it later).
  3. Put the finished boiled rice in a plate, sprinkle with sea cabbage on top.
  4. Fry the bacon in a frying pan with butter.
  5. Turn off the stove and wait a couple of minutes until the baking sheet cools down slightly. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir until it thickens slightly.
  6. Add the avocado. Mix it. Put it on the fig.
