Instructions
  1. I bought 2 fish and cooked fillets from them.
  2. Cut the fillet into slices about 3 cm wide and send it to a suitable dish for marinating pollock in soy sauce.
  3. Break the egg into a bowl with pieces of fish and roll all the pieces in the egg with a spoon.
  4. Pour soy sauce over it. Stir, cover and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Cooking vegetables.
  6. Slice everything arbitrarily as you like.
  7. Broccoli boil for 3 minutes in unsalted water, discard in a colander.
  8. Pour oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom and spread all the vegetables at once. I’m not. Vegetables can be fried. I was stewing vegetables.
  9. Add the broccoli to the vegetables and pour over the soy sauce. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
  10. Roll the pickled pieces of fish in flour.
  11. Spread on a frying pan, greased with oil. I have a non-stick frying pan, and I poured a minimum of oil. The fish can simply be fried to a beautiful color. I just stew it by pouring the marinade from under it into the pan. I did it for 10 minutes.
  12. Everything is ready. Take a nice dish and lay out the vegetables.
  13. Put the fish on top. Pour over the remaining sauce after hot processing of fish and vegetables. Finely chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle the dish.
  14. Eat and enjoy!
