  1. A standard set for cooking carrots in Korean.
  2. Grate the carrots on a grater for Korean carrots, along and across the favorite.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of salt to the carrots without a slide and garlic (through a meat grinder). Knead the carrots slightly, let them stand.
  4. Prepare the brine: mix water, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, ground black pepper and bay leaf, mix, bring to a boil
  5. And immediately pour in the carrots, mix
