Instructions
So… grate the carrots on a coarse grater. The longer the stripes, the more interesting. So I always buy the carrot itself longer for this case:
Cut the onion as small as possible
And fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Let it cool down.
Dissolve the sugar in the vinegar.
Add 1 teaspoon of ground sweet paprika.
0.5 teaspoons ground black and red hot pepper.
0.5 teaspoons of curry powder.
And pour in 0.5 cups (100 g) of refined deodorized sunflower oil. Mix everything thoroughly and pour it into the carrots.
Take 6 cloves of garlic.
Squeeze out the garlic and add to the carrots. And also add the previously fried onion. Add salt to taste.
Let it brew for 15 minutes, and you can eat. Enjoy your meal!
