Instructions
  1. Rinse the millet thoroughly until the water is transparent.
  2. Pour 1.3 ml of water into the bowl of the slow cooker (I had meat broth). We set the extinguishing mode (because the kulesh is cooked on low heat). Add the washed millet and diced potatoes. Cook after boiling for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the bacon (I had it fresh, but probably you have it salty) finely and put it in a frying pan.
  4. Heat the fat over medium heat until golden brown. Add finely chopped onion, grated carrot and fry until the onion is soft. When frying, I added curry and cumin.
  5. Add the roasting to the millet. Also add finely chopped garlic (or passed through a press). Cook for another 15-20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes, add finely chopped herbs, season with salt and pepper, let it brew for 10-15 minutes and you can serve everything to the table.
  7. Without meat, but so satisfying and delicious! Mmmm! Enjoy your meal!
